Best Poster Award for Dr. Julie Lascaud at the 5th Flash Radiotherapy and Particle Therapy Conference (FRPT 2025)

On the occasion of the 5th Flash Radiotherapy and Particle Therapy Conference (FRPT 2025), held from December 10-12, 2025 in Prague (Czech Republic), Dr. Julie Lascaud was awarded one of the Best Poster Presentation Awards. Dr. Lascaud received the award for her presentation of the poster entitled "Feasibility of thermoacoustics-based real-time dosimetry for very high energy electrons at conventional and ultra-high dose rates". This work is based on a successful
collaboration between members from the LMU Chair of Medical Physics from the groups of Profs. Schreiber and Parodi, the group of Prof. Vozenin from the Radiobiology Lab of the Geneva University Hospital (Geneva University, Switzerland) and the group of Dr. Corsini from CERN for experiments at the CERN Linear Electron Accelerator for Research (CLEAR) facility.
