Glocker Medal 2026 awarded to Katia Parodi

Prof. Dr. Katia Parodi has received the Glocker Medal, the highest distinction of the German Society for Medical Physics (DGMP). The award was presented during the 57th DGMP Annual Meeting in Bamberg (16–19 September 2026).
Named in memory of Prof. Dr. Richard Glocker, the first honorary member of the DGMP, the medal has been awarded annually since 2002 to a DGMP member for outstanding long-term contributions to medical physics in research and clinical practice.
