Dr. Lars von der Wense receives Best Young Speaker Award at Bormio conference

On the occasion of the IVth Topical Workshop on Modern Aspects in Nuclear Structure, held with about 170 participants in Bormio/Italy from 19-25 February 2018, Dr. Lars von der Wense was awarded the Best Young Speaker Award (prize money plus certificate) for his conference presentation "A first direct nuclear laser excitation scheme for ^229mTh"
