Finalists in 'Young Investigator Award' Competion of the DGMP Annual Meeting 2016

Two members of our Chair, Silvia Liprandi and Matthias Würl, made it into the final round of the 2016 Young Investigator Award competition during the Annual Meeting of the DGMP in Würzburg (Sept. 9, 2016), following Christopher Kurz, who reached this round in 2015. Matthias presented his project "Entwicklung der Flugzeitspektrometrie laserbeschleunigter Ionenstrahlen", Silvia presented the "Status of the development of a Compton camera prototype for ion beam range verification via prompt gamma imaging"
