LMU Dissertation Award for Lars von der Wense

We congratulate Lars von der Wense for being awarded a "Förderpreis der LMU-Universitätsgesellschaft 2017" for this dissertation "On the Direct Detection of 229mTh". He received the prize on the occasion of the "545. Siftungsfest" of the LMU Munich on June 23, 2017 in the Grand Aula of LMU by the President of LMU, Prof. Huber and the chairperson of the Universitätsgesellschaft, Prof. Höppe in the presence of the Bavarian State Minister for Education, Culture, Science and Art, Dr. Ludwig Spaenle, MdL.
